A passionate Field Sales representative SPT for Royal Canin Sweden, Växjö

We are now looking for a passionate sales rep with a high business acumen to join our Field Sales Team, specialized pet trade (SPT)!

About the job

Your main purpose is to secure the SPT sales value growth and financial targets in the geographical district where Växjö is in the center of the district through managing and developing Royal Canin within the frame strategy and values. The district extends from Ullared in the west to Kalmar in the east and from Vetlanda in the north to Kalmar and Öland in the south.

You will drive the cat & dog-category and grow Royal Canin sales in the district by being the preferred partner to the trade in the geographical district. This include relations, trainings, drive recommendations, in-store excellence and great execution of Royal Canin strategy, handling customer complaints and questions, plan and prioritizing local marketing budget and driving plan according to guidelines and fulfill KAM-assignments.

You will for example:

  • Proactively sell Royal Canin products, campaigns, values and knowledge to retailers in specialized pet trade to secure the continuous growth in sales
  • Build and develop customer relations in long term, following sales statistics and providing full sales support to customers
  • Drive the cat & dog-category in store
  • Provide best possible Royal Canin brand visibility in shops, using Royal Canin portfolio, follow guidelines in planograms, motivate second placements and excellent campaign execution
  • Ensure right communication available for end-consumers in SPT-shops, including in-shelf brand communication, product information
  • Ensure product training for the customers

This role reports into the Dual Sales Manager SPT and you are based from home office.

  • Preferably some relevant post graduate education
  • Experience of sales, preferably B2B within FMCG
  • Great understanding of business economics. Strong in sales and numbers.
  • Customer oriented and relation builder
  • Ability to work independently and managing the work in a structured way, yet part of a team.
  • Result oriented
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required
  • Drivers license
  • Proficient knowledge in MS Office
  • Home base within the geographical district, preferably Växjö
