Mars Nordics is looking for a Digital Key Account Manager

To accelerate within e-commerce we want to recruit a temporary role for our Digital Key Account Manager. (Covering parental leave for 12 months) The responsibility of this role is to lead all Pure Play customers in Nordics to drive the business through a test and learn approach. Our objective is to gain capabilities within Pure Players, which we can transform into our business partnership with Click & Mortar customers. Hence the role will be partly KAM for Pure Players and partly a professional online support and partner for Click & Mortar customers such as ICA, Coop, SOK, Salling Group and so forth.

  • The e-Commerce Key Account Manager is responsible for managing the online business (annual NSV and strategic targets within an assigned budget) and drive the growth of the assigned accounts. (,, and among others)
  • The role is responsible to drive and support online collaboration with prioritized Click & Mortar customer and position Mars Nordics as a partner customer within e-commerce
  • The role leads Perfect Digital Store in Mars Nordics, defining a picture of success and implement with key customers
  • The role builds the e-Merchandising strategy and plans in collaboration with key retailers in order to drive awareness of our brands & products, improve portfolio visibility and conversion. This includes: Monitor and analyze our portfolio, competitor search & merchandising strategy around key criteria: navigation, availability, placement, search & relationship selling (x-sell, promotions etc)
  • Work with customers to understand/define their online strategy and category vision through data sharing
  • The role supports the Digital content manager to create and maintain the merchandising roadmap.

The role is responsible across all four markets and all of our categories.


  • Experienced with Digital commerce
  • Bachelor’s degree in business
  • Experience from working in an FMCG business
  • Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages
  • High analytical skills
