Customer Support Specialist to Svar Life Science in Malmö

Svar Life Science AB is recruiting a Customer Support Specialist to the company. The position is based in Malmö and will be reporting to the Internal Sales and Customer Support Manager.
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer support and service by handling orders and customer requests as well as arranging shipments.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries, handling and resolving customer requests and providing high-quality customer information & service
• Responsible for order confirmation, invoicing and shipping processes
• Maintaining and updating customer profiles in the order and invoicing system
• Coordinating with other departments such as Internal Sales, Planning, Purchase, Finance, QA and the warehouse in order to fulfill orders and customer requests
• Arranging national and international shipments, including approvals, permits, declarations and other documentation related to the shipment of life science products

You have a post-secondary degree, 3-5 years of customer support experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills (Swedish and English). You must have solid knowledge and experience using MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

To perform well you need to have well-developed planning, prioritization and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently, be flexible and able to shift priorities as required.

You must have high attention to details and strive for accuracy in all work, while having the ability to handle multiple assignments. To fit, and complement, the exisiting team you have a positive attitude, is service minded and have excellent communication capabilities with a customer. You perform all duties in complete compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
